"i have been with state farm since high school. like most folks, i almost never have a need to contact state farm or my agent, kirk. but, apparently its been a bad start to the year for me. in march, a state farm agent ran a red light and totaled my car. everyone was ok but having never had to file a claim like this before, i had questions and concerns. i always get Vianey when i call. she helped me by arming me with information and telling me what to expect and when. then two months later my neighborhood got hammered with hail. again, Vianey came to the rescue. she virtually held my hand while the paperwork and claim for my roof moved forward. i dont lightly praise her....she has been an absolute lighthouse in a sea of fog. as i reflect back on dealing with both of these recent claims i very clearly remembered being worked up and expecting a battle trying to resolve each of these issues. Vianey has the rare charm of being able to deflect all of my negativity and angst when i call because i can be difficult to deal with on the phone. i remember twice apologizing to her for having to talk with me on two different occasions. things have now returned to normal. state farm gets my premiums, but Vianey handles my problems. i cant say thank you enough. kindess regards, Gary Walters"

"Super helpful and great service! I actually moved from another state awhile back and recently got a new vehicle insured through them. I had attempted to cancel the policy on the previous vehicle after getting this one (which was through a different State Farm agency in another state). Well, a short time after that, my current agent actually noticed that my old policy at the other state farm for the old vehicle that I had already sold was still active and notified me, and even helped me get in contact with the other agency to make sure the old policy was canceled. There's no telling how much money could have been lost if this old policy went unnoticed. Point is: my agent went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect and noticed my old policy was still active, notified me, and saved me a ton of money. I couldn't recommend doing business here enough :)"
